HELP !!!!! iPod Problems!! for the past year!!?
ok so i have brought a 16gb iPod Touch last year (2nd Gen).. a few months later they came out with the new 32Gbs and what not.. then a year later they came out with the new camera ones!. but anyways i was having alot of trouble with my iPod.. and every time i took it in for service they gave me a Refurbished one.. and i’ve been having the same problem since what can i do this is starting to get annoying is there some No Lemon law thing on iPod? wtf someone help lol help me get a new ipod touch not a refurbished one!! what should i say or do.. i do not want to break it intensally but since there is Truly a problem!..
When you bring it in, they will ALWAYS give you a refurbished one. There is absolutely no way at all to get the new ones except to buy them. I would suggest you just selling your ipod and then add in about $100 more from your own pocket to get the new ones.
