does the iPod warranty cover headphones?
I have a three year warranty with my iPod, which is less than a year old. My left earbud doesn’t work, and some of the plastic is coming off near the part you insert into the actual iPod. I have the warranty receipt, do you think if I went into Future Shop (where I got my iPod from), and show them the receipt, they’d give me new, working headphones?
No. Headphones are considered a “wear item” and are not covered. However, It’s dosen’t hurt to ask. Go in there with a sob story and puppy dog eyes. What the worst that could happen, them say no?
