Need help with Ipod video. Now I have a dell inspiron 1525 & I cannot fit the usb cable from the Ipod into it?
Is there an Ipod USB cable for this specific computer? If not what can I do to upload music and videos to it?
the ipod usb cables is to thick and short to fit into the usb slot on my laptop.
The iPod only has one USB cable for all computers, and it should just plug right into the USB port (don’t attempt to plug it into a firewire port instead).
Make sure you have iTunes (or another iPod Manager) installed prior to pluging it in.
