32GB Ipod Touch 3rd Generation ?
Just got a new Samsung Rogue from Verizon today which came out earlier this month. However my internet data plan limit is 25mb $9.99/mo. I surf the internet a whole lot to do email, download games/music/videos, etc… I still have my 1st Generation Ipod Touch which is still in good condition, except for alot of scratches. Is it worth spending an extra $300 to buy the 3rd Generation 32GB Ipod Touch ??? or am I just wasting lots of extra money ???
How many webpages can you view with a 25mb limit, as long as I don’t go into Youtube?
I don’t think you have to buy an iPod touch as you already have a first generation iPod touch with you. And you’ve bought Samsung Rogue which will have all the major features like Camera, GPS, and a HTML browser. It will be pretty sufficient for your usage of internet. While we come to the bandwidth, a typical webpage counts for 150KB-200KB. So a 25mb can come up to 165 webpages (as it is full web page and this is for only webpages, not downloads). And downloading games, music and videos make your bandwidth much more less and perhaps it will not be sufficient for you. I recommend you to take a better plan with more bandwidth.
