Ive restored my ipod shuffle at least 20 times although it still doesnt work?
itunes keeps telling me thats its in recovery mode and it needs to be restored, i have lots of times. It still it doesnt work, the same message just pops up, its like an endless cycle. Windows can open it just like a normal USB drive. And ive also tried the reset utility although that didnt work either. Please help!
if you have had it less than a year, take it back to your local apple store, all ipods have a one year guarentee and if they cant figue out the problem they’ll just give you a new one for free!
