Does this charger work with iPod Touch 2Gen?

I need a charger because i dont have access to my computer 24/7 to charge. So, does that charger from Target work with 2nd Gen iPod touch?
If not, does anyone know a charger that does work with it?

The cable end appears to be the same size as the touch’s, and the ad states it will work with all ipods, so I’d say yes, it will.
