Does anyone know if I can use Aptana’s iPhone plugin to develop iPhone apps on Windows?
Aptana seems to have an internal server that emulates the iPhone, but I’m not sure if you need to download Apple’s proprietary simulator separately–in which case it won’t run on Windows. Anyone develop iPhone apps on windows?

According to their web site you can try to use Eclipse IDE to run that plugin and eclipse has version for windows and linux and also mac os
