Specs Only: HTC EVO 4G VS. iPhone 4?
EVO: I say that no specs can beat the EVO, 4G (in select areas), and WiFi HotSpot, Kickstand, 4.3 inch screen, record HD vids at 24 fps, 8 mp cam, 1.3 mp front facing cam, 1 GHZ Snapdragon Processor
iPhone: Higher Resolution, I forgot what it was, but it was too high for the small phone, which just wastes pixels. shoot HD vids at 30 fps on 5 mp cam. the fact that on the iPhone you can video chat only with other iPhone’s gives the upper hand to the EVO. A4 chip (Don’t know how good that is)
Which One?
To tell you the truth it’s not really the hardware people are looking for it’s software.
Hardware-wise the HTC EVO 4G and the iPhone 4 have perfected each other so no competition their.
960×640 Retina Display but small 3.5″ screen meaning it will look better since it’s smaller and at the same time has more pixels = 800×480 Display but larger 4.3″ screen but still larger and the resolution is more than enough to handle it
1GHz Snapdragon Processor vs Apple A4 Chip on the iPhone 4
Well rumors are the A4 processor will be downclocked to around 850MHz like they always do. But either way this is also equal as the A4 chip is processed smaller and performs faster than it is clocked at.
Camera: 8Megapixel well of course HTC EVO 4G 
…… but nobody really cares usually.
Front facing camera : Same quality
The thing is who cares about the hardware anymore when they’re both perfect….. it’s about your experience with the phone. Is Android better than iOS or is iOS better than Android.
iOS is getting kind of old in my opinion as it’s been the same interface for the last three years but it’s still funky, functional, stylish, and awesome at the same time. It’s just that iPhone 3GS users won’t be in for much of a suprise with the interface despite the new features.
Android is fairly new. But it’s not perfect like always. HTC Sense makes it better but still people find iOS more user-friendly and sometimes somewhat functions better in some things like the home sceen looks better….. the iPod app is better…
