if I have an unlocked iPhone, I have free wifi access?
I had a blackberry, but I got an unlocked iPhone: my question. is if I have are iphone data plan, and I'm using a hot spot that is not a point of access for AT & T. (Ie, home or school network me), I still see data usage charges on my phone bill? So in other words …. wi-fi access is free, even without the data plan?
wifi is a feature which is used by the handset, not controlled by the service provider if you are in a wifi hotspot, then it will be able to use it for free, and anyone who says otherwise is a moron!
