Ipod help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

and i got a gift card for itunes as a present and i put it on i tunes and bought some music videos after i charged it it still shows that i have not put the music videos on i do not know if this helps but i bought the song when the ipod was not pluged in

connect your ipod and make sure your settings say “sync all” on the videos. then click apply and they should show up.
