my 30gb video ipod is freezing when i play it with the car adapter. It shows a high battery than freezes. Help
It shows a high battery and is green and then it freezes and sometimes i have to wait until it dies. Sometimes it unfreezes after a while and then the battery is really low. I’ve restored it but that didn’t help. Does anyone know any way to fix it, or should i send it in with my warranty?
Believe me! I have had the same experiece with an older iPod and all I have had is bad luck with Apple… they don’t replace their products when they are sent in of the iPod doesn’t malfuntion in the 30 seconds they have in on the bench at the factory. I’d say call the company and talk to a supervisor! That’s what we had to do! We sent it in 5 TIMES!!!
